  • Manage all building related projects ensuring procedural, contractual, administrative compliance as well as risk management related activities are met with emphasis on the cost, time and quality parameters.

  • Co-ordinate, compile and manage all the client’s needs and expectations, including functional requirements and work requests to ensure a comprehensive project scope and execution project plan is achieved.

  • Manage and co-ordinate layout and design on different projects, interpretation of tenant needs and liaison with architectural designers and client’s team.

  • Manage and co-ordinate project management function on all project related responsibilities.

Quality Management

 
  • Ensure that detailed quality related activities are undertaken.

  • Compile process quality plans for the entire project. Regular review quality systems to ensure continual improvement.

  • Ensure that all process quality plans and check sheets are implemented and controlled to ensure that quality is never compromised.

  • Provide resources and training where necessary to ensure employees meet the required level of quality and performance to maintain a high standard of workmanship.

  • Measure and improve company performance through the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to agreed quality and standards.
